6.1 Process

The Attitude Survey questionnaire is in the actual email that is sent directly to the respondents.

6.2 Strengths

Most people can receive email so most technology and compatibility barriers are by-passed.

6.3 Weaknesses

Questionnaires cannot be formatted effectively. The data has to be "sucked" out of the email by an interpolation programme, this can result in errors and inaccuracies.

6.4 Security

Not as high as the web based processes.
