ResponseCapture

Our computerised Attitude Survey tracking system with inventory control codes ensures accurate, prompt retrieval of all assessments. All captured data, whether electronically scanned or manually keyed, is linked to a serial number that identifies the data's source and when it was received and captured. Advanced electronic data gathering means are also available, including fax, e-mail, internet and phone.

Our proprietary Attitude Survey software can index responses and written comments by any organisational code, demographic, or item in the survey, providing you with a much more meaningful comment report. Language or geographically barriers do not exist as we can transcribe responses from around the globe.

Once we have entered all your information we can investigate it to draw meaningful conclusions. We can view the data as a whole, sort it, identify and correct anomalies, choose data matching single or multiple conditions and perform a range of statistical analyses (including historical comparisons).

Identifying employee expectations is a key initiative but meeting them is the prime challenge
