Contract Details
From project initiation to final reporting you'll interact directly with our project manager. Every Attitude Survey project begins with a needs assessment, when our project manager will work with you to define every aspect of your project. Goals and objectives, sample selection and size, key dates and time frames, and Attitude Survey and report designs are all considered when designing a system that best meets your needs and compliments your internal capabilities.
The first step towards commissioning us is to arrange a meeting with one of our senior consultants. He or she will need to work with you to get an understanding of:
- Your organisation
- Your information requirement
- How you visualise using the information to promote the organisations ambition
With contextual understanding in place Attitude Survey design and distribution options can be discussed in detail and assessed. This will lead to agreement on a specification of requirement and how, when and where the Attitude Survey could be delivered and results formatted and presented.
Information arising from the above meeting(s) will be documented and costed. This document to include a full list of agreed deliverables together with an agreement on terms and conditions (to satisfy and protect both parties interests).
Our normal procedure is to quote an overall cost for the programme in accordance with the agreed specification. In this way you will know what you will be getting and at what cost.
With your written acceptance of the above proposal document, we will proceed to finalise questionnaire design and plan the detail of information gathering.
